- My Husband and I stayed with you for the first time this past November and were extremely pleased.  We had had several bad experiences with hotels in South Beach...but staying with your condo rental was just perfect.  Cecilia Henry was the customer service rep that helped me book and was extremely nice and professional, helping explain everything and made it easy to book.  Louis met us the first day and provided top rate service through out our stay.  We would highly recommend your agency to anyone and will certainly be back.  Thanks for making us fans of South Beach once again!  Feel free to use my comments as a testimonial; I want others to know how great your service is!

We loved the Sunshine Suite, and wonder what days it is available in March/February/April.  We would love to come back and spend the credit with you there.  Thank you for working with us we appreciate it and plan on being return customers for some time to come.  

Also, you had said that there was another room on the 12th floor.  Is it more towards the ocean side of the building?  If so, please let me know the dates that it is available and/or booked.
